Ethical Return to Sport Decision Making is a 2.0 hour online, lecture-based continuing education course that will equip you with tools to better prepare your athletes to return to sport and navigate the often murky waters surrounding the return to sport decision making process.

- Assess current practice’s return to sport decision making processes and update as needed.
- Consider the biomedical, psychological, and social contextual factors contributing to the return to sport decision making process.
- Identify key stakeholders in the return to sport decision making process for more open and efficient communication.
- Utilize various frameworks to assist with the return to sport decision making process.
- Recognize APTA core values and apply them to the return to sport decision making process.
- Apply the APTA Code of Ethics to the world of sports physical therapy, in particular to the return to sport decision making process.
- Identify potential conflicts of interest when working with youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional athletes.
